Run For Your Life offers running sessions, running specific strength training sessions, individualized training plans, and one-on-one personal training sessions. You can choose any or all of these elements.

Each element of Run For Your Life is seperated into four phases based on your current level of experience as a runner and your current goals. Whether you are interested in running for the first time, or have some experience under your belt, whether you are gearing up for a half-marathon, or wanting to maintain your fitness in the off-season, this four phase program has what you need to run easier, longer, and faster and at the same time reduce your chance for injury.

Pick what you need from our runner's menu:

Strength Training: Strength training has been shown to reduce injury risk, improve running economy, and improve running performance. All runners should be doing running specific strength training as well.

Running Sessions: More than just a group run, these running sessions will teach you the different types of runs, what the benefits of each are, when in your training you need them, and how to perform them successfully.

Individualized Training Plans: If you want a training plan to go along with the group sessions, or a training plan for you to take home and do on your own. I offer training plans specifically designed for your current running experience and ability.

One-on-one Personal Training Sessions: If you prefer to work one-on-one, you can sign up for personal sessions to meet your specific goals.
