The goal of this class is to take martial arts training back to where it should have always been.
 
Too often in today's world, the focus of martial arts schools training is always on the next belt, the next tournament, or the next trophy and the true benefits of martial arts training get neglected.
 
In this class you will become faster, stronger, more agile, and more powerful while learning traditional martial arts techniques.
 
We will not neglect the hard work that is often skipped in martial arts training, instead we will embrace it and become stronger.
 
This is the most challenging martial arts class I have ever taught, as well as the most challenging fitness class I teach.
